Job Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with storage providers to grow our marketplace and enhance the customer experience. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Target Partnership Opportunities:

    • Research, identify, and prioritize potential storage provider partners.

    • Analyze market trends and competitor partnerships to develop a strategic approach.

  2. Build and Maintain Relationships:

    • Establish and nurture relationships with storage providers.

    • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial agreements and alliances.

  3. Negotiate Agreements:

    • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with business goals and revenue targets.

    • Ensure that partnerships are structured to maximize value for both parties.

  4. Partner Onboarding and Training:

    • Assist partners in onboarding onto our platform.

    • Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are equipped to maximize their listing potential.

  5. Monitor and Evaluate Partnerships:

    • Continuously monitor the performance of partnerships.

    • Gather and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and make necessary adjustments.

  6. Reporting and Communication:

    • Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on partnership initiatives.

    • Maintain clear and open communication with partners to address any issues or opportunities.

  7. Stay Current with Industry Trends:

    • Stay informed about the storage rental market and related industries to identify emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully identifying and developing partnerships.

  • Data-driven decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the storage rental market or related industries is a plus.
